Business Center

The scope involved designing a business center at a prominent location in Bengaluru CBD. The site being a south-facing plot required the building to be designed keeping in mind sustainability and IGBC green building criteria. The proposed design is a combination of glazing and concrete envelope which provides ambient daylighting and shadows.
