GMR EMCO Township
The Campus is an industrial township with all amenities to support plant operation and is strategically placed near to the power plant. Key design features of the township included a sustainable design with all infrastructure, amenities, and convenience of an urban environment. The self-contained township comprises of mixed residential clusters with supporting social and community amenities.
Task
The total site area of the project was nearly 26 acres wherein the township required to house approximately 200 families.
