At MAP Architects, we believe the most effective interior environments are born from a synthesis of functional necessity and brand identity. For the Bansal Group headquarters, our role was to design the interiors of a newly constructed office building and create a workplace that reflected the company’s identity while accommodating multiple business divisions under one roof.

Stage 1 – Concept Development & Visioning
The project began with understanding the client’s operational requirements and expectations for the new headquarters. Since the structural framework of the building, including the slabs and columns, had already been completed, our focus was entirely on the interior design.
Based on the client’s vision, we developed two distinct Headquarters Interior Design concepts, each with its own material palette and design language. After reviewing both options, the client selected the direction that best aligned with their expectations and the image they wanted the workplace to project.
Stage 2 – Strategic Space Planning & Functional Zoning
As the Bansal Group operates across multiple business sectors, the headquarters needed to accommodate different teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Through careful Office Space Planning, we organized the workplace into clearly defined zones for each business division. At the same time, we ensured that movement between departments remained efficient and intuitive.
Special attention was given to the placement of executive spaces, including the Chairman’s office, Directors’ cabins, and senior management areas. Their locations were planned to provide accessibility, privacy, and operational efficiency, creating a balanced and functional Corporate Workplace Design.
Stage 3 – MEP Coordination & Service Integration
A key aspect of the project was integrating building services within the existing structure. The building already included dedicated service shafts, which allowed us to efficiently route mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Working closely with the client’s in-house consultants, we carried out detailed MEP Coordination to ensure all services were integrated without affecting the design intent or functionality of the workspace. This collaborative approach helped streamline both design development and execution.
Stage 4 – Design Visualization & Site Coordination
Before construction began, we developed detailed 3D visualizations to help the client understand how the completed office would look and feel.
During this stage, we refined the design and coordinated it with the existing site conditions. Our team addressed challenges related to structural columns, service shafts, and other building constraints, ensuring that the final design remained practical, efficient, and aligned with the overall project vision.
Stage 5 – From Design Intent to Physical Completion
With the design finalized, the focus shifted to execution. We provided detailed construction drawings and technical support to ensure that every aspect of the design was implemented accurately on site.
The completed Corporate Office Interior Design project successfully brought together multiple business divisions within a cohesive and efficient workplace. The result is a modern Corporate Headquarters that reflects the Bansal Group’s identity while supporting its operational requirements for years to come.
